How to book an appointment?

- Reference photos of the subject, of tattoos you like (from me or other work), ...

Shop rules

- The shop is private so try to come to your appointment alone

- Children and pets are NOT allowed

- There is no card payment in the shop, bring cash

- No persons -18 years, under influence, who are pregnant or breastfeeding will be tattooed

- No designs are sent by e-mail. There is plenty of time at your appointment to make adjustments if needed


Deposit policy

- No deposit paid = no appointment

- If you are unable to attend and let me know 48hrs before your appointment -> the deposit will be moved to the next appointment (valid reason of course!)

- In case of full cancellation, the deposit will only be refunded if you let me know at least 1 week in advance.

- No show = deposit lost


Before your appointment

- The days before your appointment you should drink plenty of water. No alcohol!

- Moisturise your skin (use natural products!)

- Eat a good meal before you come to your appointment + be sure to bring something (sugary) to eat.

- Get a good night's sleep.

- Burnt or irritated skin cannot be tattooed.


After your appointment

- Follow the aftercare instructions given to you by me. A tattoo is a wound so keep it clean.

- Get enough rest, eat healthy and drink lots of water.

- Do not wear thight clothing around your tattoo.

- If you need a touch-up, this is free of charge up to 6 months after your tattoo (contact me).

What does the day of your appointment look like?

  • You will first get to see your design. This is the time for minor adjustments (if necessary). Feel free to ask for explanations about certain choices I made or if you have any questions.
  • We disinfect and clean the part of the skin on which your tattoo will be placed. Then I place the tattoo stencil. This way, you can already imagine what the tattoo will look like on your body. We check together whether the stencil is well placed.
  • The stencil has to dry for a while. Meanwhile I prepare everything on my workstation.
  • If you are comfortable, we start the tattoo process. If it is a multi-hour tattoo, there will be a break to eat, drink and go to the toilet.
  • After placing your tattoo, you may admire it in the mirror. We will let the skin calm down for a while before taking a few photos. Meanwhile, I will explain the tattoo care to you.
  • You're a little bit happier now than before you came in 😊.

When you book an appointment, you agree to the following

  • Health considerations: I declare that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would adversely affect my ability to undergo the tattoo procedure. I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or concerns to the tattoo artist prior to the appointment.
  • Aftercare instructions: I agree to follow the tattoo artist's aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing of the tattoo. I understand that not following these instructions may lead to complications or unwanted results.
  • Pain and discomfort: I acknowledge that the tattooing process may cause pain and discomfort. I understand that the degree of pain may vary depending on factors such as the location of the tattoo, my pain tolerance and the duration of the session.
  • Consent to photography: I consent to the tattoo artist taking photographs or videos of the tattoo process and the completed tattoo for promotional or portfolio purposes. I understand that my identity will be kept confidential unless I explicitly consent to disclosure.
  • Age verification: I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. I understand that a valid ID may be required to verify my age.
  • Payment and cancellation terms: I understand that payment for tattoo services is due at the time of the appointment. I acknowledge that a cancellation fee may be charged if I do not give sufficient notice that I wish to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
  • Risks and possible complications: I am aware that getting a tattoo involves certain risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, scarring and dissatisfaction with the final result. I understand that the tattooist has explained these risks to me and I accept them.
